Speed- The maximum throughput of this machine is over 11,000 parts per hour. Typically the integration time and unique part weight and dimensional qualities are the limiting factor. The typical throughput rate including test time is around 7,000 parts per hour.
Part Sizes- The model 015 machine runs parts as small as 100 mil OD (.100" outer diameter) with a 45 mil ID (.045" inner diameter). The model 035 runs parts as large as 720 mil OD (.720" outer diameter) 380 mil (.380" inner diameter) .
Collection Bins- This Sorter is configured for 11 collection bins, 10 bins that are test instrument directed and one that is a default bin.
Closed Loop Operation- These Sorters are preconfigured to operate with the Hewlett Packard (TM) option 202 interface card. Probes cannot release the part until end of test signal is received.
