Speed- The throughput of this machine is over 11,000 parts per hour. Typical throughput rate including test time is 10,000 parts per hour. It features four terminal probe check before test. Tooling is available to handle any Chip type.
Collection Bins- Sorters are available in 11, 13 and 25 collection bin arrangements. All bins are test instrument directed except one that is a default overflow bin.
Failsafe Interlock Operation- These Sorters provide interlocking between tester, test fixture, pick & place, and sort functions to insure optimum quality sort results.
